Friends of Jasper (a non-profit organization located in Jasper National Park) aim to promote understanding, appreciation and respect for the Park while inspiring people to connect with nature and discover the may hidden gems within Jasper National Park. Contact them to find out about the latest interpretative programs on offer. Join a volunteer guide for a free Historical Walk in the past around the town of Jasper (reservations required).
Alternatively, the Jasper-Yellowhead Museum and Archives provides an excellent opportunity to dig into Jasper`s colourful and rich history. Drop by for a few hours and discover how Jasper came to be. This is a wonderful activity on a rainy day!
